Our tools are free and provided as-is. You own everything you create. Don't scrape our site or resell our tools as your own. Digital products (prompt packs) are non-refundable after download, but we'll work with you if you're unhappy.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
