Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 21, 2026

TL;DR

We don't collect your data. We don't use cookies. We don't track you. Every tool on naviwork.tools runs entirely in your browser. Your content never leaves your device.

1. Who We Are

naviwork.tools is operated by NaviWorks LLC, a California limited liability company based in Sacramento, CA. If you have questions about this policy, email us at alex@naviwork.tools.

2. What Data We Collect

None. Seriously. Here is a complete list of personal data we collect from you when you use our tools:

All tools on naviwork.tools run client-side in your browser using JavaScript. No data is sent to our servers. We do not have a database of user activity, and we do not process, store, or transmit any content you create with our tools.

3. Cookies

We do not use cookies. Not first-party, not third-party, not "strictly necessary" cookies. None.

For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

4. localStorage

Some features use your browser's localStorage to save preferences and data locally on your device. This includes:

localStorage data never leaves your browser. We cannot access it. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings or by running localStorage.clear() in your browser console.

Note: If and when we add a backend for email subscriptions, this policy will be updated to describe how that data is handled. We will notify users of any material changes.

5. Analytics and Tracking

We do not currently run any analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or telemetry on naviwork.tools. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any similar service.

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and will choose privacy-respecting options that do not track individual users.

6. Third-Party Services

naviwork.tools loads the following external resources:

We do not embed social media widgets, advertising networks, or any other third-party tracking services.

7. Advertising

naviwork.tools may display affiliate links or sponsored content in the future. If and when ads are added, this policy will be updated. We will never sell your personal data to advertisers because we do not have your personal data to sell.

8. Children's Privacy

naviwork.tools is a general-purpose tool site and is not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect any personal information, we are not subject to COPPA's verifiable parental consent requirements. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will investigate.

9. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale.

Because we collect no personal information, there is nothing to disclose, delete, or opt out of. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your CCPA/CPRA rights are fully satisfied by our practice of collecting nothing.

10. European Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you. Under GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

Because we do not collect or process any personal data, these rights are inherently fulfilled. We have no data controller obligations because there is no data to control. If this changes, we will update this policy to include our lawful basis for processing, retention periods, and your rights in detail.

11. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store user data, there is no user data to breach. All tools run client-side, and your content remains on your device. Our site is served over HTTPS to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the pages you load.

12. Prompt Packs and Digital Products

If you purchase a digital product (such as a prompt pack), the transaction is processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe or Gumroad). We do not store your payment card details. The payment provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information. We may receive your email address and purchase details for order fulfillment and customer support purposes only.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes (such as beginning to collect data or adding analytics), we will provide prominent notice on our site.
