Cookie Policy

Last updated: March 21, 2026

TL;DR

We don't use cookies. At all. We use localStorage for a few things, and you can clear it anytime. That's the whole policy.

1. Cookies: We Don't Use Them

naviwork.tools does not set, read, or rely on any browser cookies — first-party or third-party. There is no cookie banner on our site because there are no cookies to consent to.

If you inspect your browser's cookie storage for naviwork.tools, you will find it empty. If you find a cookie, something unexpected has happened, and we would appreciate you letting us know.

2. What We Use Instead: localStorage

Some features on naviwork.tools use your browser's localStorage API. localStorage is different from cookies in important ways:

What we store in localStorage

3. How to Clear localStorage

You can clear all naviwork.tools localStorage data at any time. Here are three ways:

Option A: Browser Console

Open your browser's developer tools (F12 or Cmd+Option+I), go to the Console tab, and run:

localStorage.clear()

Option B: Browser Settings

Option C: DevTools Application Tab

Open DevTools (F12), go to the Application tab (Chrome/Edge) or Storage tab (Firefox), expand Local Storage, select https://naviwork.tools, and delete individual keys or clear all.

4. Third-Party Cookies

We do not use any third-party cookies. We do not embed:

We do load Google Fonts and CDN-hosted JavaScript libraries. Google Fonts does not set cookies. CDN providers may log standard HTTP request data (IP address, timestamp, requested file) but do not set cookies on our domain.

5. Future Changes

If we ever add features that require cookies (such as third-party advertising, analytics, or authentication), we will:

  1. Update this Cookie Policy before deploying any cookies
  2. Add a cookie consent mechanism where required by law
  3. Clearly identify what each cookie does, who sets it, and how long it persists

Until then, enjoy a cookie-free browsing experience.
